Summertime when weather is hot and you don't want to add heat to the kitchen or eat a hot meal, then a salad meal is just the thing! It has helpful color photographs. For instance, you can see what many of the different greens that might go into your salad look like before you head to the store. There are some photos showing how to do certain techniques.
