Good overall but Daniel was a conceded jerk most of the time even after the his kidnapping towards Valoree. Valoree had a rough life after the death of her parents, being raised by the neighbor then by his twisted son then her brother Jeremy took her away and went on a ship were she lived and dressed as a boy for 13years. During that time she lost fellow crewmates and her beloved brother. Age 24 he crew 'voted' that she stiletto up and claim her noble birthright, but to no adveal since she is a she and not a he, unless be married and with child by her next birthday. No biggie right, Valoree performed living on the sea and continuing what he brother done. Votes were made and lives were a changing, secrets are revealed, wrongs are righted but you can't take the pirate out of the girl and turn her into a spineless ton girl but will men ever learn you will never change the girl into what you want.
