I love this cookbook! As a matter of fact, I have waited years for my local library to put theirs up for sale to replace it so imagine my joy to find it on PBS! This is a very diverse and somewhat historical book with many recipes you will not find anywhere else! I highly recommend it if you are any sort of cookbook collector! This is my favorite of all my cookbooks! (and I have many!)
