"Fictoids" not factoids - basically jokes about historical figures. For an example, on page 55: "In 1949, Hubert Humprey, Thomas Dewey and Louis Armstrong formed a jazz trio and played intimate Georgetown gatherings as Huey, Dewey and Louie."

One joke a page. A few line-drawn illustrations. There's an index by historical character and a glossary of coined terms. 190 pages gets pretty boring, but I suppose you could take it one page at a time.
