I got about 1/3 of the way through this book and chose to close it without finishing it. I've read many of Judy Blume's books and usually enjoy them. While I would never be called prudish, I found the amount of sexual conversation between two girls too young for those kinds of conversations inappropriate and disrespectful. I suspect the storyline may have been a good one further on, but the continual main theme of these types of conversations between these two girls was more than I wanted.
