I enjoyed this delightful read because the leads were working together to save her business instead of fighting with each other or trying to overcome some insurmountable obstacle. There's a little bit of relationship agnst due to family of origin trust issues, but for the most part you are appreciating their found family, humorous rescue animals, quirky secondary characters, and rooting for their success. It's exactly what I'm looking for in my reading for fun book, and, of course, there's a happy ending and another book in the series to look forward to!
