Love this series. James does such a good job with all of the characters in her books, especially creating a parade of hunky guys. She uses the principle of when it rains, it pours. Janet has to deal with an unknown killer who can literally tear people apart, Mick being on trial for not killing her, a new power and an evil whispering voice, Dragons who want to sleep with her or kill her, coyote wanting to sleep with her and kill her (hopefully in that order), shifters wanting to kill her, and well everyone wants to kill her. It's a fabulous world and I never get sick of reading about all the characters. Can't wait to read the next one in the series: Shadowalker. Hope Nash figures out what a cool thing he has with Maya in the next book.
