My daughter asked for a book to explain puberty because she was embarrassed to discuss it with me. I got Girlology for her, and she found it very informative. We were even able to discuss the topics after she read it. This no-nonsense book does not shy away from any topics and explains the subjects in a way that will leave few questions unanswered.
