When I found out I was diabetic 2 years ago, within a month the doctor told my husband he also was diabetic. I purchased some great cookbooks to help us eat more healthy. This cookbook Diabetes Recipe Makeovers turned out to be one of my favorites. What I like about this book is there are lots of recipes in each section to choose from. Also there are beautiful picture of each recipe. The recipes are foods that the whole family can eat, they aren't fancy off the wall gourmet foods that are seldom served. I have made them so often now that I know them by heart. Above all the other cookbooks that I bought this one was the one I went to 9 times out of 10. It is a winner.
