"This is a fascinating story of a gerontology student who decided to disguise herself as an elderly woman and venture out... and see if she was treated differently than when she went out as her 26-year-old self. This is a quick read, and very nice. I lowered its rating because: she did this for 3 years and yet, came up with only a small, somewhat superficial book about the experience; she was an industrial designer, yet did not give many examples of how she applied this to her work.
