Use this book to discover how inflammation is killing us(usually caused, it is now agreed, from high-carb diet, NOT from saturated fats). It is necessary to know that "diseases" are almost all attributable to inflammation, and are symptoms of disordered metabolism. They do not just happen, so they can't be treated nor will respond to anything other than reordering of metabolism. The author is still stuck in the 'cholesterol causes heart attacks' era. Instead of fresh healthful eggs full of heart healthy nutrition, use egg substitutes, says he. Not so, in fact that is very dangerous advice:
