As the Outlander series continues, the plot weakens. Each book is less enthralling than the previous one. This one is the weakest of the set.
With about five plot lines running throughout, only one of them goes anywhere. Very little development on any one theme left me uncaring about any of the characters.
Leave this one on the shelf.
