Koch has created an endlessly entertaining paranormal world in which the completely modern heroine, Katherine "Kitty" Katt, finds herself sucked into a world of alien special government operatives, alien parasites, and NASA research. The aliens and government agencies are a nice change from the vampire and werewolf paranormal genres, and the romance is tingle-inducing. Kitty is what really makes the series though. She's the first truly relatable paranormal heroine I've come across.

Highly recommended to fans of paranormal romance. Recommended to scifi lovers.
