I borrowed this book from the public library and will purchase it if my wish list request is not filled soon. I tried a few of the recipes and they were a hit with the family. The recipes, the narrative, and the photos are excellent. Easy to follow. Most of the recipes are extremely nutritious and tasty. I continue to be intrigued with Ms. Paltrow and her many talents, including cooking. Her recipes for carmelized brussel sprouts and kale-fried brown rice were especially outstanding. Recommended for those looking for something just a little different and not too weird.
