The lowest star rating I have given a Patterson book. I can usually finish one of his books in one day, two at the most because to me they are fast moving but the story line follows a logical progression. Not so with this book, first I didn't, couldn't, develop any liking or disliking to any of the characters and that is a cardinal sin in writing to not pull the reader in to at least one character. I finished it a couple of days ago and as I write this I can't remember the heroine's name I do remember the "Villain's" name but only the first name; Noah. As far as the ending, to me it wasn't any surprise how it developed, the clues were not too hard to get as I read the book. Not too sure if I will read another Patterson book co-authored by David Ellis.
