I like S. Walker's books and I enjoyed this one also but the abrupt ending left me with the feeling that I was missing the last chapter or something. I should have read the reviews first so I knew what to expect.
I don't want to spoil this story so I'll just say the heroine was very different and I loved her and the hero was damaged but still easy to like, the two of them together were awesome. All the characters were so interesting, the bad guys were really bad and creepy. I hope the next installment comes quickly
