The second book in the Tarot Card Mystery Series. While it opens with a murder, it was otherwise a little slow in getting off the ground. The pace quickens toward the middle of the book, and it progresses to a satisfactory ending. The protagonist is a likeable enough guy, but you don't get as good a sense of him unless you've read the first book.
