I was hooked from the first page of this astounding thriller and was taken on a anxiety filled journey filled with twisty, suspenseful and scary events. Mindy is a 17 year old skiing phenomenon heading for the Team USA Olympics. Unfortunately, practicing during a blizzard caused Mindy to fall and break her leg. During surgery it was discovered she had a fast growing type of leukemia and desperately needed a stem cell transplant. When her parents were tested, it was determined that Mindy was not their child.
As bombshells explode with each chapter unveiling so many lies and deceits, I couldn't turn the pages fast enough. The ending blew me away and I was speechless.
