This book is amazingly compelling. It will have a short topic that discusses a particular parasite and it will embellish an angle to make a strong point about that parasite (creepy at times, I know, but that is the compelling part). The chapter following will go back into the story line and dovetail with the point it made about the parasite in the previous chapter...bringing it all together in a very ironic ending. In addition to the creepy compellingness of the parasite study, the story line is very strong and pulls you in and doesn't let you go. I started this book on an airline flight and couldn't put it down. I finished the book the next day...very unusual for me to finish a book in less than 2 weeks and to write a review!
