10 years later, now a doctor, a student who tutored the prince when they were at Harvard sees a posting in the alumni newsletter that they are looking for a doctor at the hospital in their country. He has recently gone from reckless younger brother to reformed king. He hires her instantly but she has second thoughts, some strange stuff going on at the island and the hospital.
