I didn't expect much from this series, and it delivered. The characters were flimsy and the plot was cliche. I was disappointed in the fact that the book relied on this "Twilight" style (done to death) love story but gave NO back story until the last book in the series... which I am honestly surprised I made it to. If I wouldn't have borrowed these books from my brother's girlfriend I would not have even bothered to finish them. The whole series is garbage...
