Scottish vampire Ian MacPhie has been stuck in his 15 year old body for 500 years. Disgusted because women don't take him seriously, he takes a drug to age himself to 27 years of age. Signing up for an online matchmaking service gets him more women than he can handle. But the only woman he is interested in is the new human who has been hired as a daytime guard. Toni Davis takes a job as a bodyguard for the undead so she can get proof that vampires do exist. But she doesn't expect to actually like the people she is working for...or to fall in love with one of them.

This is the 5th book in the Love at Stake series and I thought it was very entertaining. Kerrelyn Sparks writes a fast paced story with lots of humor. My rating: 4.5 Stars.
