This medical guide from the 1900's is full of herbs, tonics and old fashioned remedies. I found some very useful and others out dated due to modern research. I would cross check methods and uses with caution.
Several chapters are devoted to the use of water for cures. While I would never discount some of the authors use of water cures, claims to heal cancer with water stretch the integrity of some mentioned water cures.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book and as said before noticed benefits to using some of these cures, however, I caution the reader to cross check the authors claims and remedies before administering to ones body.
