My opinion: a great book to learn about the Norse path of magic and religious belief system. I enjoyed it and learned a great deal from it. It also includes spells, divination techniques, rituals, and folklore. It's more than just about magic, it goes into detail about their belief systems too, and the origins of their Gods and Goddesses, which I thought was very informative.
