Worth reading it to get to the third book in the series (Jesse's story). The guys in the book - Raoul and Hawk - were wonderfully developed but I felt that Nicole was obnoxious. While I appreciate a female character who is tough in word but really a softie, she just came off as whiny. The premise is great - raised her sister, cheating husband (and sister), taking in a boy without a home - but her attitude was a bit much. Her attitude towards the younger sister was ridiculous; I felt more sympathy for her family than I did for Nicole. Also, way too many real (and fake) pregnancies. Pretty unrealistic and since this was used in the other books in the series, it was way too formulaic.
