This book is surprisingly informative! I didn't think it was going to be good but I found all sorts of information. And the recipes! I went to the local copy store to make some copies. The most delicious item was the frothy mango lassi, a classic drink from India. Really? Because all it is is yogurt, mango, and ice cubes put into a blender. If you want you can add a pinch of cumin, hence the India touch. But I've done this for years with other fruit and substituted skim or soy milk instead of yogurt. And where did I learn this? From classic Weight Watchers!
