I really enjoyed this book. Did it have flaws? Certainly. However, the author was able to give a glimpse into PTSD as well as what it's like to live in a small town. She either knows about ranching or did some really good research because her descriptions of life on the ranch were right on. She also did a great job of explaining the cotton farmer part.
I enjoy Christian romance and this one wasn't too over the top, in my opinion. It was a sweet story about kids who didn't know they were in love until they grew up. Yeah, there were a couple unbelievable parts - like him not being with a girl - but it's a novel. I'm going to go check out some of the author's other books.
