This book is difficult to read, and more difficult to care about. It is, without a doubt, one of the worst books, I've read. The author drones on about minor points, but that isn't why. The way the relationship between the main character and his newly found daughter develops is unbelievable, but that isn't it either. There are comments the main character makes about his daughter that are disgusting (gross) and far, far too personal, to the point where you begin to wonder if the plot is about to turn to child molestation, but that isn't it either. It is the combination of all these that makes this a book better burned than read.
