One of those interesting books you get at State & National Parks. This one comes from Arizona and would fit into the Tex-Mex school of cooking. Here are some examples of recipes: Caldo (a tasty soup, chock full of vegetables); Salsa Fresca; Quesadillas with Monterey Jack Cheese and Rosemary; Margarita Shrimp; Fruit Chimichangas.
