how many times have i realized the people might have missed this story.
obviously in the 3 times it has been made a movie it has been missed.
last man on earth with vincent price, omega man with charleton heston and now the same title with will smith.
the ending of the story in the book is brilliant. he dies, the last human combating an entire vampire society. in the future the vampires tell there little ones stories about the boogeyman - none other then robert neville. he is a legend in the new era culture of vampires.
the book will forever reign supreme over the movies, until they get it right that is.
