I suppose how you rate this book would depend on what you want to get from this book. It includes bits about how various restaurant critics got into the business and their strategy for reviewing a restaurant and their struggle to experience it the way ordinary customers would. It talks about how important a review can be to a restaurant. It was pretty close to just what I was looking for and yet I would have liked more specific stories about extreme cases.
