Harvey Mackay is a great writer with good, solid, practical advice ... sometimes a little unique or surprising. An easy, interesting read ... the book is cram-packed but goes in easily because of his writing style. Highly recommended for small business and for managers in larger businesses as well --- not to mention a must-read for students and anyone aspiring to management or business ownership.
