Each catagory breaks the topic into nutritional value,calories, instructions,how to store, recipes, definitions,how to use, other relavant information. Pictures of food, etc. are in color.
The units of cooking are broken down as follows:Microwave cookery-
milk, milk shakes, mineral water, mints, minute steaks, mocha, molasses, cheeses, type of macaroni,muffins, soups, stews, mushrooms, mustard, mutton, naval oranges, near Eastern cookery, nectarine, new england cookery, noodle, nut, nutmeg, oatmeal, ocean perch, olive, omelet, one dish meals, onion, open-face sandwich, opossum, orange, and oriental cooking. I find the recipes easy and sound and look so
good. I have a list of favorites.
