In this book the author insists that we need to look at the whole person, the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual parts of the person who makes him who he is. Here are the chapter titles: #1 Framework, #2 Physical Level, #3 Emotional Level, #4 Intellectual level, #5 Spiritual Level, #6 Anxiety, Isolation, Shame & Fear, #7 For the Children, #8 For the Adults, #9 Depression, #10 Alternatives, and #11 Hopes, Fears & Final Words.

Here is an excerpt from chapter 5 about the impact of ADD on the spiritual body: âA greater connection of our spiritual selves is the impact that ADD has when affecting the spiritual level. The people impacted on this level are more consciously aware of themselves as spiritual beings. They see themselves here for some kind of purpose and know that they are here to make the world a better place. When they are allowed to touch, both child and adult will speak of knowing that they are here for a greater purpose.'

In chapter 4, the author explains how ADD can affect a person on the intellectual level. Here is another very interesting quote: âIt has been estimated that the average person uses about 10% of their brain's capacity. The ADD impact has increased the ability of the brain from that 10% usages to a 15% to 20% usage.'

People with ADD do things differently â they are not wrong, just different. They have many gifts and insights. I was nice to read a book that looks at all these issues from a positive point of view
