Little Mandy Tate has disappeared from Heather Cobb's day care center, and everyone is frantic. When she is seen riding in a red pickup, Justin gives chase on his bicycle. But then Justin disappears too!
heather has to rely on their weird friend Hugo to help her find both Mandy & Justin. But could Hugo & his new girlfriend be working with the kidnappers?
