Spiritualism,Temperance, and Medicine are involved in this mystery set Seneca Falls, New York in 1857. As librarian Glynis Tryon attempts to save a Native American from hanging for murder, a dark, decade-old secret emerges as more deaths are uncovered.

This is a good series to read! I really enjoy how the author puts the story into the historical facts and works around them with a great cast of characters, great plot and just plain interesting read! At the end of the story I really like how she puts a paragraph article about the historical events of the time! Makes me appreciate how the men and women lived at that time! A GREAT series of mysteries in historical times!
