Technically I haven't made any recipes from this cookbook yet -- However, they seem really yummy. Not your average "throw together and stuff into freezer" kind of cookbook. More of a "cook the meal to this point, then refrig or freeze until ready to finish it up" cookbook.
I love the idea of being able to make a meal and refrig or freeze it for later in the week...but not all that thrilled by the 'cook once a month' type cookbooks.
