the first half is about her sister, the second half features herself during teen-young adult spaces of time. diary-like and includes some random private bedroom notes that do not add to the story unless you are a psychologist. poems included here and there. perhaps these musings and chopped-up bits of life that the auther speaks on would be best suited to a theater-type or a dreamy artist; i found them on the rambling side. However, on the final page or two she summerizes fairly well some of the wisdom that she has come to glean.
