There are several things I liked about this book. Don't be put off with the fact it says microwave cookbook, it has such great recipes that could be used also cooked the conventional way. The recipes were simple as were the ingredients. They were great because most of them could be fixed in a hurry and who doesn't need that with how busy we are now a days. I also liked it that it used canned and packaged products which further simplified the recipes even more and gave them lots of taste without all the work!
