This book is heavily slanted towards the real estate and marketing industry. The author apparently made his fortune in these areas. The beginning of the book has some excellent information on basic financial management, which everyone needs. He then goes into different ways to earn income outside of working a job. This summary part is good. The rest of the book is about his experiences in wealth building and the advice of other wealth builders he knows or has met. This part was not as helpful. Overall the book was okay, but probably would be more interesting to someone who wanted to pursue real estate investing or marketing as a means to create wealth.
