I didn't rate it very high because it is just what it says--prices for coins in various conditions. there are several short essays at the beginning of the book.
But there are many conditions listed and while this copy seems to have not circulated in the eight years it was on the shelf at this branch library, I find that such books vanish quickly when I put them on the shelf at the old soldiers' home.
