Last book in a police procedural series. Setting is a small town in upstate New York with a history of witchcraft which it has capitalized into a Halloween tourist attraction. Detective Natalie Lockhart is the only female member of Burning Lake's small police force. Haunted by memories of her sister's unsolved murder and the disappearance of her best friend,she pushes forward to solves the case of missing homeless girls and a modern-day witch. Totally enjoyed the series. Alice Blanchard's writing flows well and is an easy read.
