Dickerman writes an account of his demonic encounters in prison ministry and many of the testimonies leave me wanting more Biblical references. While this is an interesting book, I don't find it to be a good resource for spiritual warfare against the devil because it lacks Biblical grounding. Don just says this is my life and this is what I've seen. I do believe that these stories are true.
The way the book is written does leave you with the impression that everytime you sin a demon can enter and probably has already. I don't think this is truly what Don believes, but in an effort to promote the need for awareness of demonic warfare this becomes the tone of the book. I don't recommend this book. I would send someone to Derek Prince's books on the subject.
