This was a very entertaining book! A fascinating look into the lives of circus people, and the clear class lines among them. Told through the eyes and voice of a 93 year old man, which brings another agenda of life into the plot. Viewers on the back page say: compelling...vivid...rich...emotional...delightful...endlessly surprising...riveting...and they are right.
