At first I thought this held promise but the more I got into it, the more unrealistic it became. The heroine couldn't lift the sword yet the next time she had it she was fighting off numerous bad guys. The (injured) hero was able to fight off how many sword carrying bad guys at one time?
The whole scene over the pit of pointy sticks was so absurd it was laughable.
I loved the setting of 14th century Scotland, the Templar aspect, lots of action but a bit too Indiana Jones-esque for me.
