This is the latest in the Rizzoli and Isles series and it keeps getting better. This one features more of Jane as she becomes involved in a series of grisly murders in Boston's Chinatown. As Jane and Maura look into the current cases they discover that they are linked to a horrible mass murder that occurred almost 20 years ago. One woman is still alive who was connected to that massacre , a mysterious martial arts master who knows a secret she dares not tell, one that lives in the shadows and may not even be human. This is a smart, interesting story that keeps the read engrossed from the very first page.
