The Malory novels are those types of books that stay with you and the characters become "old friends" This is my favorite one in the series - I have read and re-read this one many times over, and my 20 year old, at first skeptical has come to love them as well. James and George are lovable characters and appear in future Malory novels as well. I love the humor in their relationship. I would clasify this book as an "old school" romance novel - Privateer + girl disguised as cabin boy = lots of heat! But what I really love is that this is a good story with lots of humor - one that makes you need to read all the Malory books over and over again.
