Phoebe Summerville was stunned when her father left her his NFL football team. They had been estranged for years. This is the first book in the Stars Football series and it's a winner. Phoebe may act like a sexpot, but she is actually a woman who is hiding a secret from her past and is afraid of being hurt again. Dan is coming off a divorce from a powerful woman who likes sex games. He just wants to find a down-to-earth woman and doesn't think Phoebe fits that description.
I first read this book over 10 years ago and loved it. I'm happy to say it stands up to time. My rating: 5 Stars.
