Book has some correspondences between Vidal and American terrorist Timothy McVeigh, who considered himself a true patriot. Vidal presents facts, conjecture, and expert testimony that McVeigh might've been working with larger militia groups in the Patriot movement or with a US Gov't sponsored black bag special forces team. Also touches on the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the failings of the US Media/Industrial complex.
Interesting reading if you're interested in such things. Blood and Oil was a far superior collection of Vidal's essays, though.
