Enjoyable read as a companion book to Beautiful Disaster. This actually reminded me a more a full length novella than a second addition to a series. Beautiful Disaster is a stand-alone novel told from Abby's perspective. Walking Disaster is the SAME story only told from Travis's perspective. More like a novella because it complements the overall story, yet is not necessarily needed.

That said, it was still a fun light read. The epiloge was a nice touch, providing some juicy new threads to the story. If not overly suprising, it was still delightful reading the story from Travis's perspective. I think mostly because Ms McGuire did a rather nice job of writing Travis as a verbally and visually expressive character in the first novel. So, as a reader I already had a pretty good idea where he was coming from.

I'd recommend this to readers who enjoyed Beautiful Disaster, keeping in mind this is not a vital part of the "series."
